The Experience

I don’t just deliver a meal; I bring a piece of history to your dining room. Every order of Mama’s Mansaf Tradition is a curated culinary event.

• The Foundation: Paper-thin Shrak bread topped with aromatic, golden turmeric rice.

• The Protein: Premium halal lamb, slow-braised for hours until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender.

• The Soul: I use two full boxes of Ziyad Jameed per platter to ensure the sauce is as rich, tangy, and authentic as it would be in the heart of Jordan.

• The Ritual: I arrive to perform the traditional on-site pour, soaking the platter in warm Jameed and garnishing it with toasted nuts and fresh parsley right before your eyes.

What’s Included

Each "Tradition" booking is a complete feast. You won't need to lift a finger.

• The Main Platter: Custom-sized for your group.

• The Garden Plate: Fresh radishes, green onions, and hot peppers to balance the rich flavors.

• Extra Jameed: Served on the side for those who like it extra "soaked."

Pricing & Booking

• Investment: $50 per person.

• Group Size: Minimum of 6 guests ($300 total).

• The Process: 1.  50% Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your date and allow me to source the freshest lamb and premium ingredients.

2.  The Delivery: I bring the feast to you!

3.  Final Payment: The remaining 50% is settled at the time of delivery.
